Place bread cubes in a medium bowl and pour melted butter over the bread. Transfer the mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish and top with the cheese. Cook and stir 10 12 minutes or until crisp tender. Top with tomatoes in a single layer and 1 4 of the cheese mixture. Top with the parmesan cheese and bread crumbs.
Transfer to a bowl. Add melted butter and bread crumbs together and mix well. Add zucchini and onion. In a microwave melt remaining butter. Place in a 1 1 2 qt.
Preheat oven to 350. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Bake covered in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Melt butter and mix in cheddar cheese sour cream salt paprika and chives. Then uncover the dish and bake for another 30 minutes.
