Heat oil in frying pan at low fire. Add chicken liver and bay leaves. Then add the onions and cook until they become translucent. Toss gently and cook for 2 to 5 minutes. Continue to simmer in low heat for about 10 minutes until chicken liver is fully cooked and sauce reduced.
