Take wings out and let rest 5 minutes. Line a baking tray with foil then place a rack like a cooling rack on the foil. Combine the brown sugar salt black pepper granulated sugar paprika chili. Spray the rack with oil spray. After 30 minutes leave the wings in the oven but raise the heat to 425 f.
