Excellent but the printed recipe is a little too moist.
I like using all purpose flour but you can substitute some of the all purpose flour for whole wheat or white whole wheat flour. It s so easy to make that even a complete beginner can bake it. Salt cinnamon and vanilla extract make the cake taste amazing. I made it to a t the first time and the cake was good but a bit oily. It s so good that my son asked me to make it for his grooms cake.
Baking soda helps the cake to rise. Just love it. It s covered in a homemade cream cheese frosting for the perfect classic cake. Oil keeps the cake nice and moist any neutral flavored oil will work. The 2nd time as suggested by others i did 2 3 cup each of oil and applesauce and it was so moist and wet like a pudiing cake.
