Haddock is a quick cooking fish that usually takes just 10 12 minutes in a 425 f oven depending on thickness. Bake the haddock for 25 minutes until it s flaky. If you re using a different temperature bake at 400 f for 12 15 minutes at 375 f for 15 20 minutes or at 350 f for 20 25 minutes.
