Cut the liver into 1 inch pieces. Cook it for 10 12 minutes then open the lid and add sliced green chili and coriander leaves. Step 2 heat oil in a non stick pan. Turn and cook until browned. Roll chicken livers one by one in flour mixture and place on a plate.
