Wash the outside of the squash well. Either slice into half moon slices or cut the entire squash in half and lie flesh side down on a baking sheet. Teaspoon finely chopped fresh rosemary. Slice off the ends of the delicata squash and slice in half lengthwise. 1 clove garlic minced.
Stuffed delicata squash is a rich flavorful elegant dish that goes beautifully with many of the usual thanksgiving sides.
